Oh Whole Foods you are a blessing and a curse.
Love it or hate it, Whole Foods is a good place to shop if you have a food allergy since they seem to carry every variation of traditional foods you are allergic to or need a substitute for a nontraditional diet.
I don't shop there often b but I will shop there on occasion because there are a few things we use I can only get at Whole Foods.
When I learned a new shopping area was going to include a Whole Foods, every time I drove past it I silently urged them to 'build faster'.
Recently the store opened. I haven't had a chance to check it out. I asked Husband if he needed anything while I headed out the door to my morning Piyo class. Were running low on his cow's milk and completely out of banans.
What a good excuse to go to Whole Food! Grab my two things, check some prices on some bulk bin items, wander the store a bit, and zip home, right?
I learned something today.
It isn't a good idea to go to a store that sells food after Piyo class.
Oops.
Planks, crunches, and ab work make me hungry for anything that isn't nailed down. I had to stop myself from face planting into a bag of chips in the store. Hippy chips but still.
I to the store for just milk and bananas remember?
I knew this was going to happen.
At least I now know it happened sooner rather than later.
