Homemade pantry pizza is one of my lazy weekend meal
staples. Husband or I Iron Chef a pizza sauce with tomato sauce oregano, basil,
garlic, and a pinch of salt for taste then we root through the refrigerator and
freezer for interesting pizza toppings, plunk it all on the breadmaker whole
wheat pizza crust I make ahead of time and freeze for such an occasion.
We usually end up with something that looks like it came
from frou frou pizza place than your garden variety pepperoni pizza place. Both
husband and I worked in pizza restaurants as teens. After dealing with so many
orders of pepperoni pizzas during that time, we tend to put anything but pepperoni on a pizza.
Spinach, onion, shrimp, 2 cheese pizza on a homemade whole wheat pizza crust

Start on the bread machine and wait until done.
