I love salmon. Love. It.
Salmon is considered one of nature’s superfoods because it’s loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and other important nutrients. However, I used to get my Omega 3's from other more affordable types of fish because fresh salmon was beyond my budget.
Our fish intake increased close to the 20% per week USDA Dietary Guideline once I found Aldi and their super affordable fish. Frozen Aldi salmon is a regular thing now. I'd prefer fresh fish over frozen but I live in a land locked city. Fresh fish has to be brought in. It's really not as fresh as I used to get when I lived on Lake Erie. I stick with the budget friendly frozen salmon.
The folks at Sam's Club sent me this recipe. I don't normally post recipes I haven't created but it was so good I wanted to share it with you.
Rosemary Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
1½- to 2-lb. salmon fillet
1½ Tbsp. olive oil
1½ Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. Tone’s® Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Combine melted butter and oil and brush on both sides of the salmon. Sprinkle seasoning and pepper on both sides of the fish. Place fish in a shallow baking dish. Bake or broil 8 – 12 minutes (flip once).
This is a perfect low effort/high ooh la la factor dish to make when you are entertaining.

Disclaimer: Sam's Club supplied me with this recipe but didn't pay me to run it. All opinions are my own and I do not blog about anything I do not believe in. In other words, I am truly a salmonaholic.
